Love one another

I have all the right juices flowing right now that I feel like it is perfect for a blog post!

I have been bullied in many forms all throughout my life, and I have been in COUNTLESS situations where nobody stood up for me. So I feel like it is my duty as a person, especially as my duty as a person who has been bullied, to stand up for those who don't deserve to be treated that way and as well to people who think that is okay.

I believe that everyone has a duty to themselves and God (if you don't believe in that then you can just stick with yourself) to do the right thing. This applies to EVERY situation. I would stand up for my closest friends and family, a stranger, or even someone who had wronged me. Which is much harder let me tell you.

The most important thing to remember is that we are all people living on this planet. We all have good days and bad, some more than others. We all feel sadness, anger, jealousy, and joy. Every single person you see feels those things, has people they love, and things they love and hate.

One rule I live by is to love one another. It doesn't say love only some people. Love only the ones who haven't wronged you. Love only people who deserve it. No. It says to love one another.

In Matthew 22:39 it says

"Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself"

So as you are remembering to stand up to those who are unkind, also remember that they are one of God's children as well. As Jesus Christ would say in Luke 23:34

"forgive them; for they know not what they do"

Until I write again..
